OBS Studio no longer seems to allow me to use the AMD encoder. It worked before but I did recently have to reinstall Windows and since then I no longer have the option. I have also tried OBS classic and still nothing there either. I do have the latest driver package installed and working, 16.5.2.1. Is there something else that I am missing here?
