Question / Help No AMD Encoder

I'm trying to reduce my cpu usage when streaming. Currently I only have Quicksync h.264 and x264 as options for encoding and I don't have my AMD Radeon R5 M235 encoder option. I've installed latest AMD drivers and this https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/amd-hardware-encoder-s.427/updates#resource-update-2056 AMD encoder but it doesn't appear as an option in OBS settings.
I've read so much on how to do this, watched videos, and my brain is fuzzy. Maybe I need an Nvidia card instead?
Btw I have a desktop PC, even though it has 2 graphics cards, I think it behaves like a laptop...

This graphics card is a low end card with a performance similar to the iGPU. It will probably make no difference if you use this card or the internal GPU of your system. It was launched 2013, which might be too old to support the AMD encoder. Just use Quicksync, the quality of Quicksync is better than AMD VCE anyway.
