Nintendo Switch audio not working

I got OBS last night and I couldn't get the audio working. After lots of searching I found I needed to turn the audio output to monitor and output, it worked and there was audio. But now this morning I'm trying to use it and there's no audio. All the settings are the same as last night when it worked. I tried turning it off, unplugging and plugging it in again, but nothing has worked. There's still no audio. I don't know what's wrong. Please could someone help.

Now it is also lagging and glitching. It started out doing that yesterday and I did some stuff and it stoped, but now it's glitching and lagging again.

It's no really glitching anymore, there's just lots of input lag. Does anyone know how to help.

Video/Audio Mismatch
