Hello, new to streaming.

All I wanted to do was talk while I play Legend of Zelda (Nintendo Switch) and still hear the Zelda audio.

So I have my stream setup. I have

- Twitch
- Egato HD 60s
- Blue Yeti Mic
- Headphones

right now I have Zelda playing and hearing the audio through my monitor which is next to my mic so all the background noises goes through, so i have disabled my mic until i fix this.

How exactly do i use my mic and hear the audio some other way.

here is a screenshot of my OBS: http://imgur.com/a/z5u2S

use headphones? There is no proper way running sound through speakers and using mic at the same time. There are workarounds but best way is to avoid that scenario.

yup, try turning off all the audio tracks on the elgato output like this

you're not supposed to hear a delay, if so, go on properties of the elgato by clicking on the source on OBS > properties the deactivate and activate the device

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4NJ4_sqOE4 I made a video awhile ago if you want to use it for reference :D
Sorry for reviving this thread, but I followed the video.

I can hear the console audio through the PC, and as far as what's being streamed/recorded everything is synced up. The problem is that what the audio is delayed in relation to what is actually displayed on my screen as I'm playing the game. Is there a way to get fix that through OBS, without using additional hardware?
