Question / Help NFHS Network

I currently stream our school sports using the NFHS Network website which uses the PlayOn Producer software. I am trying to take my stream from there and run it through OBS. I have the custom server that I need to use and I have inserted the Broadcast Key. However, I do not know what source to use to make this work. If I use "window" it grabs the entire screen and I only want it to grab the portion of the screen that has the video of the livestream. Anyone with any thoughts?

I am trying to do the same thing with NFHS. PlayOn Producer has too many limitations. Can anyone assist on how to get the stream to go from OBS to NFHS site?

If you can set up to stream RTMP, NFHS updated their instructions here. They link to instructions for finding the broadcast ID and starting the broadcast. I plan to test this tomorrow.
