newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables

When I try to launch OBS I see message this message:

But when I try to install newer version I see this:

for non-russian users: this message is like this

both version (x86 and x64) are installed

Please follow the instructions in this post. If there are no copies of msvcp140.dll in the OBS directory, then you will have to repair or uninstall and reinstall the Visual C++ Redistributable installation.
