Newbie unable to convert MKV to MP4

I am brand new to OBS and trying to convert MKV video files to MP4. I followed some great YouTube instructions but the output files are 0kb. Below is my log file, any help is appreciated.

Just go to the File menu, 'Remux Recordings'. Select the input file, hit go. Won't be reflected in the logs.
