Question / Help Newbie to obs ,pls help /guide

Hello There.
New to OBS . please help with following setup:
Here is the setup :
Using Avercam 520 (usb ptz camera) connected to desktop (usb) and audio out from mixer to mic in on the desktop and live stream on YouTube, works great!!!
But we have a tv downstairs with HDMI connected on the same desktop as an output , Question is will it carry audio and video same time ? Or do I need any other device for audio ?pls help.... This setup is at our church.

If OBS can select your HDMI port as an audio monitoring device in Settings > Audio, and you also select that display as a fullscreen preview, then theoretically yes. It depends very much on the particulars of your setup, though.
