Question / Help Newbie, probably irritating question :)

Hey guys
So, I have set this up, all I want to do is basically broadcase a messenger group video chat live to the bands facebook page. Think its all set up, basicaly capturing my screen will do it I think. But, I get this view below, instead of 1 image, its like doctor who :) What have I dont wrong?

Tested audio by playing a youtube vid, thats fine

it looks like you are capturing a window and capturing OBS. instead setup a new scene add an image you want to display and swap to that scene, make certain to also include your audio into that new scene.
 
Ah, that makes sense! I have 2 screens, so, If I have nothing on that screen apart from the video chat I am recording, and, OBS on the other screen, that should sort it?
