Hello anyone who happens to read this and thank you in advance.

I've been developing a live stream movement education class and going the basic route on CrowdCast using their web browser to do my live stream. Upon deciding to get fancy I looked into using OBS and realized I would be in over my head...but I jumped in anyways.

I'm not running OBS Camera using my iPhone 7, into my 2013 Mac, and I'm working to fine tune the audio aspect of my broadcast. I'm currently working to balance out my mic vocals, which incorporates me being close and far away at times, and the background music.

I was doing okay just working to balance the volumes, but then I watch a few videos about using filters and ducking, and that's when I think I took a wrong turn. I know I can balance these things out, but I don't know what i'm doing.

Another issue i'm having is syncing my video and audio. When i record in OBS it looks good but then when I go live its not always synched the same. Seems like my settings are needing to be changed every time, and I feel there would be a way to establish a general setting level, for my need, and rock with that every day.

I simply don' know enough and so I'm asking all of you for help. I could scour this forum for answer, or I could make a new post and get pointed in the right direction or even connected with someone who can give me a coaching lesson of some kind.

Thank you for any help you may have to offer!
