Question / Help Newbie here- Profile Settings for MultiPlat OBS (MAC)?

Hello. Trying to get setup here. Received an ini file with settings to use for this setup on a mac. The sender was on a pc. How can i implement the ini file? I dont see the options to select the profile from the settings menu. Is this even possible yet with multiplatform ?

Appreciate the help.
