Question / Help New update=OBS stuck on 'one moment please'

So, a new update hit a little bit ago and now my elgato won't be noticed. It's not the Elgato because I see the game on my TV same as if I were to just have the HDMI in. So how do I fix this thing breaking? Bad enough I can't record my phone, don't wanna go back to using just emulators like when I started.
