Question / Help New to Streaming

Hey everyone I’m new to streaming so I’m and my current laptop has high CPU usage while I’m trying to stream from my PS4. My buddy has a cheap laptop he is willing to sell me but I was wanting to post the specs here to see if it can stream my ps4 through obs decently anyway. Any help greatly appreciated. Here’s the specs

- 128gb SSD

- running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with open office

I'm assuming you have all the capture equipment to get PS4 frames to the laptop.

Should be alright, you should be able to hit at least 720P 60fps at the veryfast preset.

Or you could try encoding via QuickSync, but I've heard that quicksync has horrible quality at low bit rates (like what Twitch requires).
