New to Streaming - need some help

Hey there! I have been given the task of streaming live youth hockey games for parents since they are unable to watch the games live in the arena due to COVID.
So, here is what I have -
Macbook with Catalina 10.15. 2.2 Ghz Intel Core I7. 16gb RAM
Canon Vixia r400 with hdmi output.
Youtube Channel to Live Stream
OBS Studio Encoder Software

So I guess my question is, is this all I need? Will the OBS Studio encoder software be enough to stream my camera?
Also, during the game, the score keepers will play music - how will that interfere with YouTube? Will YouTube shut me down? Or Could I mute the audio when the music plays to get around that?

Or is there a better set up I should look to, for what I am trying to achieve?

Many thanks!!

With your Mac there's no problem to streaming. But you should definitely check your internet performance, That's the most important thing. And yeah it can be problematic if there is licensed background music. In some cases you can get a warning and one week no streaming. I would write a mail to YouTube because some channels are allowed to play the music and some others don't.
