Im a little lost here honestly. Im new to streaming, and I ran multiple previews of my webcam before I actually streamed on twitch, well sure enough when I went live, everyone told me the quality was really bad. I don't get it, on my screen it looked great. The live stream saved to my twitch and I got a chance to look at it, and it was, in fact, really bad video quality. So I guess my question is, what now? How can I fix this? I know nothing about editing any of the encoding or changing any of the bit rate settings. I did copy the log thingy though.

Also to get a better idea of the quality, the videos are saved on my twitch - twitch.tv/mandicandy/profile

All 3 videos have the super crappy video quality.

Under normal circumstances, you could simple raise your downscaled resolution (in Video settings) to something higher. Unfortunately, as Harold is pointing out, doing so may incur an untenable load on your CPU, which is rather underpowered.

You can try bumping up to 360p or 480p and see if your computer can handle it.
