New to Streaming. Just got a 4k TV. How to set up Dual Monitor Streaming?

So I just got a 4k TV that I plan on using to stream in Conjunction with my PC and its 1080p 144hz 24" monitor. I was wondering if someone can teach me how I can view the game on the TV and Read Twitch chat on the PC monitor and vice versa. If someone could kindly help please?

That... goes a bit beyond the scope of OBS support. It's also pretty basic though.
Just connect the TV to your GPU with a cable, and in Windows set it up as an Extended Display. Then select the right input on the TV. Put the game on whichever you want to play on, and the chat window on the other. TVs at this point are just computer monitors with a built-in tuner/switcher.
