Question / Help new to streaming and dropping crazy frames

I just recently started to live stream with obs studio to youtube gaming. I have a cyberpower gaming pc and have 150/150 internet speeds so I don't think this should be the issue but when I turn stream on it says I'm dropping 15000 frames at like 87%. I looked at a lot of videos on youtube and getting tons of different answers like put my bitrate to 2500 to people saying put it to 15000. ive tried everything and I probably have some settings wrong. I just need a little help. here is my last log.

Ive streamed for close to half hour on both. I went to help and hit upload last stream log copied it am i doing something wrong

I have a radeon rx 480 graphic card andvin the link you sent me says pic my graphic card not giving me my option. Do i pick radeon 6600 or higher ir the second one im not sure. Thanks for the help

Yes. The results aren't always accurate but it should help.

So how do i go about getting stream log. I went into help on obs and copied last stream log but your saying that the log says I didn't stream is there another way to retrieving it so u can better help me. Thanks again

Stream for some minutes and a new log will be generated.
