I hope someone can help me. I purchased the Magewell usb capture to connect to my Canon 70 and 80d (I switch cameras) to my asus pro laptop. I connected right away and finally it recognized the device but I do not see live feed? Then when I go to start recording it give me this message:
Starting the out put failed please check log details (not sure where to check log details as I know nothing about OBS it was recommended too me) NVENC or AMD encoders make sure your video drivers are up to date. I checked drivers fro my new laptop and said it is updated? Not sure what I am doing wrong? Help! Thanks if anyone can help!
