Question / Help New to OBS - Window Capture Confusion

I'm trying to use the Window Capture source so that I can just record, say, a Firefox browser window. I have multiple things open like Lightroom, Chrome, Explorer and more. So I select the Firefox window (which is this window where I'm writing this thread), and OBS shows a white rectangle and not this blue OBS window. I select Start Recording...then after a couple of keystrokes, I select Stop Recording. The resulting video shows a white rectangle which is the Firefox window but nothing on it. I've included an image of the OBS window and the settings for the Window Capture.

How do I get it to recognize that I want it to capture my Firefox window?

My problem was with Chrome and Firefox. I needed to turn off hardware acceleration and it worked fine after that.
