Question / Help New to OBS, video comes out choppy

Hate to break it to you but with that CPU i'm surprised you can run windows, OBS is best avoided until you have some more CPU power.

"CPU Name: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz"
"GPU GT 610"

you don't have hardware encoder for less consuming cpu power
and you don't have powerful cpu power for real-time encoding
for any means,i'm afraid to say there is no way expect loseless and non compressed codecs(almost 1GiB per minute) or very simple lossy codecs(quality is bad) or use ultrafast preset and lower resolution and framerate

RESULTS:
CPU Advice
  • Set downscale to 480p or similar low resolution
  • Set FPS to 25
  • Consider using superfast preset if you experience high CPU usage (not recommended)
Game Advice
  • Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
  • Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
  • Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.
Network Advice
  • Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
  • Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
  • Enable CBR for improved stream stability
  • Recommended max bitrate: 2600
  • Recommended buffer size: 2600

@EBrito is optimistic, given this is a 6 year old cpu and even at the time a bottom of the line GPU has hope it can work.
