Question / Help New to OBS Studio need help streaming

Hello Guys im a new streamer, streaming my community event in HoN via Facebook Live..

My Laptop can handle the graphics card etc.. i have a 16gb Ram I5, and a 8gb NVDIA graphics card..

The problem im handling is whenever i stream my stream(in facebook live) freezes every second.. then sometime im having a too low video frame rate :/

Anyone experiencing this.. im thinking that it might be my internet upload cause.. becaues my average or the maximum i had is 0.41mbps..

Please give me some guides.. my video bitrate is : 500, cpu : ultrafast ,

Posting a Log always helps, but since you already figured it out theres not much left.

Bitrate of 500 with an upload of 410 Guess that solves it all theres left is using less and less Bitrate though everything under 1000 is already looking quite bad.
