Question / Help New to OBS. Stream and Game lagging while streaming PUBG!

• CPU: i7-7700k
• MB: Asus STRIX Z270E GAMING
  
• GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060-6GB
  
• Memory: 8GX-D4-3000-MR 08D9 8GX-D4-3000-MR Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3000C15 Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3000C15 24GB

I just upgraded my PC and wanted to start streaming but I am not familiar with OBS. Can someone help me with settings I should use for streaming. I mostly would stream CSGO and PUBG.
