New to OBS - Q about no audio with video background

I have a scene set up to play an .mp4 video made with PowerPoint originally. The video plays but no audio track.

Ideas?

I had a similar issue, and realized I was just not checking everything I should. :)

Did you go into audio settings, to make sure the clip is NOT set to 'Monitor Off'? It must be set to 'Monitor Only' if you want to simply hear it in OBS. It must be set to 'Monitor and Output' if you want to also hear the sound in a recording or a stream.
