Question / Help New to OBS. Audio and frame rate problem

Hi all, I'm new to OBS and really unsure what I'm doing at the moment but I have Audio showing in the monitor from video intro and the music track we will be running through the shows but I can't get that to be heard throuhg any of the sound card outputs. also on the stats window I'm only seeing 8-9 FPS is that normal when not streaming? the video looks a bit juddery. Thanks :) (not sure which log file to send.)

Just figured out the audio, Hadn't turned it to monitor+output :)

haha just found turning Aero off sorted the frame rate :)
