New to LiveStreaming

I am new to this whole procedure, because of Covid our school now has to livestream games. Everything is working great and the platform is very easy to understand, but when I went live the other night with a basketball game, there was some lag and blur, I'm just wondering if there are some ideal settings that I should be using to help make the feed better. Thank you for any help.
I have a Canon Vixia HF G50 camera, just in case that is important as well.

Post into the appropriate computer platform support forum (Windows, Mac, or Linux) and note the pinned post about posting an OBS stream log with your post so we can check your settings
