Question / Help New streaming equipment

So basically I just bought a rtx 2080 ti and a i9 9900k processor now my question is what encoder should i use and also i get 20 upload speed so how much bitrate should i use and im also a affiliated on twitch too, lastly i stream at 1080p 60 fps lanczos 36 samples so hopefully this is helpful to help me. if you need any extra things from me just ask me k.

NVENC new, at least 8000kbps or whatever your connection can sustain and your Twitch accoun tsupports.
