Question / Help New streamer needs help with clearer image quality

Hi! I’m new to streaming and have been having problems with my stream not looking as crisp as other 900p streams. Things look darker than normal and I can see a noticeable difference in quality (has a cloudiness to it). I know there is some image loss, but I feel like I’m doing something wrong. I just want to get the best Image quality I can. My specs are a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti / Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20Hz / 16ram. I have 50 down and 11 up. I have very little drop frames and the health stream box on OBS is almost always green. I hope I explained this somewhat well. Thanks in advance! Set Color Range back to Partial. Full needs about 15% more bandwidth in comparison to Partial, so if you change from Full to Partial you gain the same quality increase as if you raise the bitrate by 15%.
