Question / Help New Streamer looking for tech help

Hello there, this is the log link https://gist.github.com/f8ed4522e8741bf20036a93c001bd441 some of my viewers told me that stream lags for a second every once in a while. I might need some help to smooth things out. I have 3.8 upload and streaming at 2k rate.I am dropping like %10 of my frames. I have no idea if it's ok or not. Streamin cs:go by the way.

Your GPU is near limit, So, FPS drops in CSGO
Reduce ingame graphics or limit FPS

Minor network problems.

USE TCP window 64k and 60 sec
Any above quality 80 will be fine.

I am getting 0 quality from every server for some reason. Program also popped a box which says realtek lan optimizer active on your system and might cause problems. But I couldnt find any optimizers.

Never heard about that Lan Optimizer.

If I were you, I would deinstall this software and let Windows 10 manage network.
