New source not showing in source list until I move scenes and go back

Hello! Whenever I add a new source, it does not show up in my source list until I switch to a different scene, and then switch back, has anyone had this issue before? If I restart OBS, it seems to work as it should for about 20 minutes, then it will start doing what I described.

Attaching a screenshot of a brand new scene, with a new source added but it is not showing up, but the audio control is there. Thank you!

Hello I am bumping this as I have noticed this is happening more and more often, hoping other people are experiencing this as well so we can hopefully get to a cause.
