New sound redeems not working on stream

Hello. New to the forums.

The issue I am having is this: I have around 100 sound redeems that run through my StreamElements "Stream Store". They all work fine. Today, I added a couple of new sound redeems, but when I went to test them, I can hear them on my computer, but they do not trigger any response from the VB Cable and they are not audible on stream (tested). Any advice is greatly appreciated, I don't know why my previous sound redeems are working and now these new ones aren't.

Issues with streamelements products or services must be asked to their support.

I don't think it's an issue with their service. All my previous sound redeems made over the last 4 weeks or so still work, as well as the new ones made today still working but not coming through OBS.
