Question / Help New Processor or New Computer for Streaming???

Hey,

So I use an Asus G74sx to stream my game play to twitch at 600p 60fps. Only issue is that my CPU runs high, between 75%-95% during fast game play, and hot , about 85 degrees C. I want to know if upgrading my processor, which is currently an Intel Core i7 (2nd Gen) 2630QM / 2 GHz (2.9GHz turbo) to a better one for a few hundred bucks or just upgrading to a new laptop under $1000 would be better.? I know lowering my FPS will help, but I am stuck with 60FPS. Game is first person shooter (BF1).

Thing to note is that I only use my laptop to stream with chat open. I game on my Xbox one with a capture card to computer.

If I was to upgrade processor or laptop, what one should be a good choice?

For under $500, you get a decent CPU for the price, a 940MX (nothing impressive but surprisingly capable), and 1 TB of storage. Great deal!

This is just assuming you have a small budget.
