I have a similar problem. (I am the administrator, not the tech person, who is on leave this week!) All our previous YouTube live videos have are aspect ratio 1152x720. We recently upgraded to OBS 29.1.3, and our last video is both wider than previous ones, and also has a black bar at the top and bottom of the wider screen. Settings on OBS are 1920x1080. I don't have the camera settings to hand, but they are unlikely to have been changed from what they were last time. I wanted to change OBS settings to 1152x720, but that doesn't seem to be an option.
