Question / Help New PC, not really sure what my setup should be

I'm very new to streaming and just got a new pc, i'm not exactly sure what my settings should be. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Its a rather bad CPU though in most games 720p30 should be doable on veryfast preset and around 2000-2500 Bitrate according to your Speedtest you could even try going as high as 3000-3500 Bitrate but its not really recommended for non twitch partners.

You got kinda robbed especially looking forward to RyZen release in a couple of days and the pricedrop of CPUs all across the line.
