Hey!
I've been playing and streaming Fortnite for quite a while now and have upgraded my setup to atleast get a little bit of a better performance while streaming and gaming but it seems like that I get huge FPS drops while playing and streaming.
I currently use a three monitor setup (main monitor 144HZ and the others just simple monitors with 60HZ).
Is this a huge issue?
I'm playing Fortnite and pretty much every game in the lowest settings and sometimes even with lower resolutions but in Fortnite especially I'm getting huge FPS drops where the game becomes unplayable while having OBS and one Google Chrome Tab on (Twitch Dashboard).

Setup:
Ryzen 5 1600
16GB DDR4 RAM 3000 MHz
RX 570 4GB
MSI B350M PRO-VDH

Internet Speed:
Download - 200 Mbps
Upload - 20 Mbps

OBS settings:
Output Mode - Simple
Video Bitrate - 3800-4000
Encoder - Software (x264)
Base (Canvas) Resolution - 1920 x 1080
Output (Scaled) Resolution - 1280 x 720
Downscale Filter - Bicubic
FPS - 60

PC is pretty new since I just upgraded it and have been installing pretty much everything new.
GPU drivers are up to date and BIOS seems fine aswell.

In the attachments are two log files from the last two streams.

Any help would be appreciated!
