New PC crashing only in OBS

I recently upgraded to a new PC after streaming on a gaming laptop for several months. I was getting BSOD's on the new PC so after contacting iBuyPower tech support they had me send the whole pc back and replaced it with a new prebuilt. I am still getting BSOD's on the new replacement but realized it only happens when I am running OBS. I have 3 webcams and an Elgato that are the only things OBS uses that are not being used outside of OBS. This prompted me to look into my OBS and see if there is any crash logs and sure enough. I am curious if this gives any insight as to what about OBS is crashing my PC. I have attached my most recent crash log. I appreciate any help I can get.

Are you using the ".live" plugin by streamelements?

I recently installed OBS vanilla but I was using streamelements OBS previously. Not sure about the plugin. Where could I check that. Streamelements does announce when I go live in chat still/

You'd have the streamelements menu in the main window, and the start streaming button would be a different color

No I am no longer using .live then. I did a fresh install of OBS vanilla just a few days ago.
