Question / Help new obs, new browser source plugin. no twitch alerts after 1 time

I downloaded and installed the latest version of OBS 0.14.2 and the latest 64 browser source (stable) and twitchalerts is not showing after it does show once if it's a real alert.

doing a test alert from twitchalerts website does show every time though

I have to reset CEF after every legit alert which is a bit of a pain.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same

what else can I do to help find the problem?
