Bug Report New OBS 23.0.0 Bug

Hello!
I think i found a bug that hasnt been reported yet.

I have a dual PC setup using NDI

If you try to stream from the main PC with NDI activated, OBS instantly crashes, but if you start the stream and then activate ndi everything works Fine..

So far I can't replicate, I opened 23-RC with two active NDI output feeds (program, preview) and several incoming NDI sources (1 video, 3 audio).

I can start and stop RTMP streaming with NDI output already started without crashing.
