Bug Report New OBS 18 not working?

Im not sure if it is just me, but everytime I try to setup my OBS it says:

Game Capture is still in use by the following Applications

WIndows Explorer.


I tried many times to fix this but it doesnt work

Restart your computer and run the installer again without starting OBS
