just in case the developer team isn't aware. the new encoder from NVIDIA causes encoder overloaded. I had
to switch back to old to get better stream.

Post a logfile from a live streaming or recording session where the issue is occurring, and we can take a look at what's going on.

There are a number of common causes for this, most related to configuration options in use. Fixes:
Run OBS as Administrator, don't use the Max Quality preset (use Quality instead), and turn off both Lookahead and Psycho-visual tuning.
