Hey alls so I’m pretty familiar now with basic obs setup. I bought the new c922 Logitech stream cam thinking this would make my camera quality sweet however my comp seems to be struggling to run streams and keep high quality res.

I’ve posted a pic of comp specs.
If anyone has been able to run decent streams on a similar machine please let me know so I can figure out the settings before I go and buy a whole new machine!

Side note: I need iTunes running for audio throughout stream

The C922 need to be on a USB 3 bus Also, your laptop is rather under powered You're going to need 8Gb RAM, more if gaming, and that CPU is only 2 core/2 threads I recommend at least 4 cores / 4 threads and better graphics, dedicated if you want to encode on the GPU
The other limitation is that the A2-9225 memory controller is only single channel

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I figured this might be the case. Been looking at the nitro 5 and hp pavilion one

Also should say not for gaming just for streaming directly to website/YT
