New installer not working - gets stuck at 'cant' write: C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\avutil-56.dll

Tried to update, that kept failing so uninstalled to clean install new version but that also fails.
Gets to "Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\avutil-56.dll ... Click ...Retry or Cancel"
Have done a few times to no avail incl install as admin.

As I uninstalled before, now I'm stuck without it.

Message was "avutil-56.dl is still in use". I closed Teams, and then the update has gone through.

I just want to install the latest update to OBS. Opened application and told it to update and it just says waiting for OBS to exit? New to this and not sure where to seek support.

Check there are no obs64.exe processes still running in the background, perhaps some plugin is preventing OBS from shutting down correctly.
