New Installation, Encoder Error

I've used OBS many times in the past with this hw setup. I had to wipe the computer and reinstall. Now I can't record with an encodrer error.

i analyzed the log file and it said wrong gpu. I entered settings -> display -> graphics and added obs.exe. However both the battery saving and high performance options said Intel. i selected high performance and got the same encoder error.

It appears I do not have two gpus in this low end laptop. I was able to record after I downgraded to 26.1, set the encoding to be software encoding and run as Administrator. I will try 27.1 again with the same settings.

Thanks for that. I did update the drivers, but OBS still thinks I have two GPUs and am running on the wrong one.
