I am trying to use avermedia digital converter. The cyberlink software they provided is not doing a good job so they said to use this software. I am on a mac. I did the auto start up and clicked on + to add a source. I gave it a name "camcorder" but it doesn't seem to recognize it. Am not sure what the next step is. I want to use this software to digitize video from my camcorder and vcr and then make video dvds. will this do the job?
