Simple goal. I’d like to broadcast our townships council meeting videos to a Facebook group so that we can discuss in real time. The videos archived here are live on the meeting date. There is no link or stream key that I can find. https://evesham-nj.org/councilmtgvideos

So how can I do this using OBS?

Not sure what research you've done. nor exactly what you are asking.
to start is all about Facebook (not OBS)
- I use Facebook.com/live/producer
- you then have a variety of options. My personal choice (for house of worship) is to use Scheduled Live Event, which we selected so that the video gets its own URL, such that you don't have to sign into FB to view the live stream (you do to comment in FB)
When setting up the live stream, I do NOT use a persistent key (I get a new key for each broadcast.. better security, and not a imposition/problem, as we log into FB Live Producer to monitor stream regardless, so getting key is a non-issue)
I set stream to NOT auto end if stream interrupted, meaning I have to manually end stream at end (which I prefer)
- in FB, be attentive to which account/page you are referencing

Within OBS, use Auto-config settings, and Select Facebook as Stream destination. Each week, I start OBS, log into FB live Producer, choose right FB page (I'd assume town council has its own page?), choose previously scheduled live event, and the new option (in addition to Edit and View?) to 'setup live" where you can copy stream key from and enter into OBS Settings -> Stream. If using Scheduled, pay attention to caveats (ie requirements to start stream in advance)
