Question / Help New here, need help... OBS won't capture anything.

Hello,

I just downloaded the software, ran the config wizard, and went from there. Started up a game from Steam (FFV, cause why not?) and still nothing showed on the OBS screen. I presume it's supposed to display what is being recorded as it's recording, no?

I'm not sure if I set it up right nor if I'm using it correctly.

Will upload the log of my most recent attempt any and all help will be appreciated, thank you!

Do you have any Sources in your Scene, lower left panes show Scenes and Sources

I have one "Scene" just called Scene. But it doesn't show anything. Hmmm... is the "Sources" where I choose what game I want to record? It shows a lot of htings like audio input/output capture, browser capture, etc. I haven't selected any Source yet. That's what I should do then?

All of my .flv movies are just showing black screens and no sounds. :O

I will give this a shot in about ~8 hours after I get home from work. TY for your reply Adrian!
