Hi to everyone,
I am new to the world of live streaming. I am a Singer Song writer and would love to be able to perform a live stream of my stuff but I have no idea what I'm doing. Please be patient... I've been working in music all my life as a Sound Engineer / Producer but finally wanted to do my own stuff, although a little late in life, I'm 64 years old. In my home studio I use Cubase Pro version 9.5 with a MacBook Pro using Mojave 10.14.6, 3,1 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3. I hope I can do this with the built in video camera in my Mac, its the only one I have. I down loaded this program ( OBS ) and signed up to Twitch. I can't seem to get any video image. I can see my audio is working but when I click to broadcast or record a clip it says I haven't assigned any video camera. It tells me to click on the plus in tools to select an input camera but I can not find where that is. Any help in getting this up and running would really be appreciated...
