Hi peeps I need some help plz .
I'm new to the streaming side of things and I've had help from ppl setting it up to run on twitch....now I've run a couple games and had no issues (games were killer instinct and unreal tournament on pc) no lag no jitters ect but I recently got gears of war 5 and I'm having issues with the game jumping when either in the preview window with and without streaming and I've also tried the test stream , I've tried all sorts of setting from low bit rate ,high bit rate ,30fps ,60fps,nvenc and x264....my output screen res is set to 1280x720 to which nothing seems to stop the jumping weather in the stream or the preview window or not even streaming at all.
Now the game itself runs perfect at default settings or everything set to ultra settings with no lag or jumping what so ever.
I'm getting no frame drops ..cpu usage is under 5% on nvenc and about 17% on x264 no matter what the other settings are set to.
My pc specs are as followed
CPU.... i7 6700 4ghz
16 gig ram
Windows 10 64
Gtx 1070 8 gig graphics
N e help on this would b most appreciated
