Question / Help New Graphics card & Switching to Studio

Okay, since no one wanted to help me with OBS classic and said it was dead, my only option is studio because that seems to be where everyone is focused on. So heres my Setup and im new to studio and i tried it once and it never worked for me if someone could give me settings for my build itd be great id love to get back to making videos

Intel (R) 2 Quad CPU Q8400 2.66GHZ
6Gbs of ram
Geforce GTX 1050 ti

Its also not letting me record, i press the record button but nothing happens :/

Thats my problem it will not record no matter what i do the stream buttons wont work and same with the record it wont do anything ive tried every key and i even tried manually and it just wont record :/
