New computer won't run OBS

Hello everyone, I got a new computer which requires the screen resolution to be 3840x2160. I've installed OBS but I can't get it to open. I get a message saying OBS crashed and a log file Attached.
I have tried a number of things I've found on the internet to fix the problem but nothing is working. Anyone have any ideas?

I think it is up to date but how would I check and/or update it?
