Question / Help New Computer In need of settings fast.

Hello, so this is the 6th time ive made a thread, and ive been having trouble with shadowplay because the audio is just too quiet, but the audio is good in OBS. I was just wondering if someone could give me some good settings so i can record for my youtube and also stream. I need both thank you very much if anyone helps or responds.

heres my specs

Intel i5 4440k 3.10 ghz
16gbs of ram
GTX 1050 ti 4GB

EDIT: Also why when i have OBS open, it drops my frames quiet abit? is there any fix for this? thank you.
